Public Schools

Youngsville falls into the Franklin County Schools district. Move to Cedar Ridge and your kids will be zoned for either Long Mill Elementary, Youngsville Elementary, Cedar Creek Middle or Franklinton High. Franklin County is known for its diversity and its athletes. With student-teacher ratio of 15:1, rest assured that your children will receive the attention they deserve in the classroom.

Charter Schools

Endeavor Charter School and Wake Forest Charter Academy are also options for Cedar Ridge families. These K-8 schools are free from many of the restrictions placed on public schools but are still held accountable for academics, since they receive federal funding. Such schools can often feel more tight-knit than their public counterparts. They emphasize parent choice and focus on non-traditional learning styles.
