While looking for a new home, friends offered to drive us around to explore the Wake Forest and Youngsville areas. Once discovering Cedar Ridge, we admired the quality of the houses and the smaller size of the subdivision. Homes here offered exactly what we were looking for, which was approximately 2,000 sq ft, main level living, and low maintenance yards. Plus, we really like the small town feel of Youngsville, which is not congested and is convenient to shopping and restaurants. We are very happy here and highly recommend Cedar Ridge to others!
We discovered Cedar Ridge while house hunting on Zillow. The community met important criteria we were looking for, which included a smaller sized neighborhood and homes offering main level living. We fell in love with the house first, which was built by Tingen Construction Company. We knew the moment we walked in that it was a quality built home. After driving around the community, we were pleased to see such a beautiful variety of house styles and knew that this was exactly what we were looking for. The various exterior elevations and paint colors within the neighborhood created a nice mix yet there is a cohesive and appealing streetscape. Living in Cedar Ridge is quiet and peaceful, and we are only a few miles from the center of town where there is quite a bit to do. We are extremely satisfied and couldn’t have asked for better neighbors. A testament to how happy we are is that we purchased the model home for our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandkids. Our daughter fell in love with the house and the community instantly!
My husband and I were primarily looking for a one level or a master down re-sale when Cedar Ridge was mentioned to us by a real estate agent who had been to an agent showcase at the development. We were not planning on building a home but we saw this house in Cedar Ridge and it fit all our criteria. The quality of construction at Cedar Ridge was far superior to other new homes in our price point, and the extra touches that the Cedar Ridge builders included in all of their homes made them stand out. We came into our Profile Construction home when it was framed, dry walled, and the cabinetry was in. We were able to choose a lot of items, such as the kitchen sink, paint colors, some of the flooring, the carpet, and the tile. We love our home. And we love that Cedar Ridge will be a small community of only 68 homes. We previously lived in north Raleigh, where we saw dramatic changes over a five year period. We wanted a little less city and a little more country… Youngsville and Cedar Ridge were just what we were looking for! All of our neighbors are extremely nice. If I didn’t love my home or the area, I would not have accepted the position of Ambassador to the community working in the sales center. Cedar Ridge is a great place to live!
