“We discovered Cedar Ridge while house hunting on Zillow. The community met important criteria we were looking for, which included a smaller sized neighborhood and homes offering main level living. We fell in love with the house first, which was built by Tingen Construction Company. We knew the moment we walked in that it was a quality built home. After driving around the community, we were pleased to see such a beautiful variety of house styles and knew that this was exactly what we were looking for. The various exterior elevations and paint colors within the neighborhood created a nice mix yet there is a cohesive and appealing streetscape. Living in Cedar Ridge is quiet and peaceful, and we are only a few miles from the center of town where there is quite a bit to do. We are extremely satisfied and couldn’t have asked for better neighbors. A testament to how happy we are is that we purchased the model home for our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandkids. Our daughter fell in love with the house and the community instantly!”
