“When looking at new homes, we were searching for something we could grow old in and live in forever. When we visited Cedar Ridge, we were impressed by the neighborhood, the quiet atmosphere, and the size of the lots. We learned that the homes are custom built and most have 1st floor master suites. After viewing the beautiful model home, we decided it was perfect for our needs. Working with Tingen Construction on the design and build of our home was an incredibly easy process. Our home is truly customized to meet our needs. Cedar Ridge is a quiet neighborhood and the area has lots of green space, but it is close to other communities, shopping, restaurants, etc. The neighbors are all friendly and everyone seems happy to live here. We love our new home and we love Cedar Ridge!”
